The conference will start in the afternoon of Sunday June 7th, and will end Friday June 12th, at noon.

Since Porquerolles is an island, we advise everyone to plan an arrival on early Sunday, June 7th, 2026.
The main idea is that the participants manage to reach Toulon airport or Toulon train station on Sunday 7th, before 5pm.
On Sunday June 7th, two buses will wait for participants of the FARF5 conference at 2:15pm and 5:30pm at the Toulon train station. The buses will make a stop at the Toulon airport to pick up participants that preferred travelling by plane before they drop us off at the harbor of the “Tour fondue”.
Boat tickets will be distributed at your arrival.
At the end of the conference, on Friday June 12th, an inverse process is scheduled:
Boat leaves Proquerolles at 14h00
Arrival at the aiport around 15h00
Arrival at the train station around 15h30
Boat and bus tickets are taken in charge by the conference organizers.
If you are unable to take advantage of these organized trips, regular transportations (taxi, buses, taxi boats) can be easily organized on your own.
