
Dear Participants,
You may now proceed with the payment of the participation fees for the FARF5 conference.
The exact amount due was specified in your confirmation email.
Please note that this fee is a fixed lump sum and remains unchanged in the case of a shorter stay.
The fee covers all conference-related expenses for the event, including transportation (scheduled buses on sunday 7th and friday 12th, and boat tickets), accommodation, meals (including all beverages), the conference dinner, and registration.
The conference (including the meeting rooms, restaurant, and accommodation) will take place at the IGESA hotel. Payment must be completed by April 30.
Several payment methods are available:

Payment by credit card will be possible via a secure Paybox link on the designated webpage. Please complete the form on the link (available soon). - Bank Transfer
Payment may be made by bank transfer to the Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) account (IBAN details below).
Important: The reference “903-FARF5-NAME-FIRSTNAME” must be included in the payment details. so that we can identify it easily.
For instance, the reference could be 903-FARF5-SEURET-STEPHANE. - Purchase Order (“bon de commande”)
Payment by purchase order is also accepted. Please contact sonia.boufala@u-pec.fr to request a quotation; a formal quote will be issued upon request.
It is recommended to initiate the purchase order process before the end of March 2026.
