The registrations are now closed.
As the conference has been extremely successful, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate all registered participants.
The committees will therefore have to limit the number of attendees.
The decision regarding your participation will be communicated to you before the end of February.
Please be aware of the following deadlines:
- November 7th, 2026 : opening of registration
- February 5th, 2026 : registrations closed
- February 20th, 2026: publication of the decisions of the scientific committee
The registration fees (including bus, boat, lodging, food and drinks for 5 days, conference dinner and conference fees) are
- ~890 euros for a stay in single room
- ~670 euros for a stay in double room
- ~250 euros for a stay in double room with financial support.
The exact amount will be given beginning of March 2026.
It is possible to ask for a financial support during the registration process, and if granted, a substantial part of the fees is covered. The number of supports is very limited.
Please note that,
- due to organization constraints, it is not possible to adapt the fees to the duration of your stay;
- We cannot book rooms outside the dates of the congress, from 7th to 12th;
- You need to provide a title and an abstract if you propose a talk.
There will be 30-minutes talks, parallel sessions with 20-minutes talks, a poster session, and probably a night session with 7-minutes talks.
Final decisions regarding the talks (from the Scientific committee) and the distribution of the rooms (from the Organizing committee) will be given in March 2nd 2026.
