Please be aware of the following deadlines:
- March 15th, 2026: starting of the payment period.
- April 30th, 2026 : payment closed
The registration fees (including bus, boat, lodging, food and drinks for 5 days, conference dinner and conference fees) are
- 870 euros for a single room
- 670 euros for a double room
- 300 euros for a double room with financial support
